These terms apply when you book a table at Little Mouse. By making a booking, you agree to them.
Holding your table
When you book, we ask for your card details to hold the table. We do not take any payment at the time of booking. Your card is saved securely by our payment provider, Stripe, and is only charged if you do not turn up, as set out below.
No-show charge
If you do not arrive for your booking, we charge £30 for each person on the booking to the card you provided.
You are counted as a no-show if no one from your party has arrived within 15 minutes of the booking time and you have not told us you are running late or need to cancel.
If some of your party arrive but others do not, we may charge £30 for each guest who does not attend.
Cancelling
You can cancel your booking free of charge at any time up to 11:59pm on the day before your booking. Use the link in your confirmation email, or contact us at shop@littlemousecheese.com.
If you cancel on the day of your booking, the £30 per person charge may apply. We would always rather you tell us than simply not turn up, so please do let us know either way.
Changing your booking
You can change the date, time, party size or other details up to 11:59pm the day before, using the link in your confirmation email and subject to availability. For changes on the day itself, please contact us directly.
Running late
If you are running late, please let us know. We will hold your table for 15 minutes past your booking time. After that we may release it, and the no-show charge may apply.
When we take the charge
Any no-show charge is taken automatically from the card saved against your booking. We will always email you if we charge you.
If we need to cancel
Very occasionally we may need to cancel or change your booking, for example if we have to close unexpectedly. If that happens we will contact you as soon as we can, and you will not be charged.
